This class has been attended by nearly 200 people and was sponsored by and held at Sur La Table in Union Square. The Secrets of Vegan Baking is currently sponsored by and held at Whole Foods Market in San Mateo, California. All profits from this class are donated to Bay Area Vegetarians.
