Sold out Secrets of Vegan Baking Class at Whole Foods Market on March 27, 2010 was a great big success! This class featured the Chocolate Trio: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Cream-Cheese Bundt Cake, and Chocolate Hazelnut Torte. Samples were provided of each dessert and complimentary samples of Fudge Brownie Bites were served with coffee and tea. In addition, three lucky people from the audience were selected to work as my assistant. As a result, we had a very interactive class with lots of discussion. See Class Photos Below.
